Senior Research Associate
M.Sc. (London School of Economics)
Aleksandra is a Senior Research Associate at Jindal Global University. Originally from Russia (Siberia), since the last fourteen years Aleksandra has been interested in studying China from the lens of multi-faceted scholarships with particular focus towards cross-cultural communication. Trained as a linguist-translator from Mandarin into Russian and English, she specialised in cross-cultural communication as her Majors in a Degree (B.A.+ M.A.) from Zabaikalsky Normal University (Russia) and Beijing Foreign Studies University(China). To expand her area of specialisation in gauging the impact and study of cross-cultural communication, Aleksandra has completed a 1.5 year training in French Language and Civilisation from La Sorbonne University (France). This is how Aleksandra chose to juxtapose empirical knowledge of three diverse cultures-Russia, China and France, in putting a theoretical academic framework through a social science degree. She finally did this while pursuing a Master degree (Msc) China in Comparative Perspective at London School of Economics and Political Science. During the last three years Aleksandra has worked in China at the Beijing University of Law and Political Science as well as for the Marriott International.
